Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program in the Bridgeport, CT area. As an MT, you will start learning the business from day one at a neighborhood branch, serving customers and partners while gaining hands-on operations experience.

The program trains you to run your own branch, grow the business, and lead a team. The role emphasizes customer service, sales, finance, and operations with a culture of internal promotion and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 1 year experience in sales, customer service, or leadership roles.
• Must have valid U.S. driver's license and be able to operate a motor vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Support as MT in training program and learn all facets of branch operations.
• Develop customer and partner relationships and contribute to branch growth.
• Learn and execute sales, service, and operational processes to run a future Enterprise branch.

Responsibilities

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind‑the‑scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.

In our hands‑on learning environment, you will receive the guidance, mentoring, and support you need to be successful. You will also get out into the community and establish the relationships essential to building your own business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Must have a minimum of 1 year experience in any of the following:
  • Sales & Customer Service: commission sales, retail, serving/restaurant/bar, or hospitality industry
  • Leadership: military, athletics/team activities, or community, social, or academic organizations
• The ability to operate a motor vehicle is an essential function of this position. Applicants must have a valid, unrestricted U.S. driver's license.
• Must be living within a reasonable commute of no more than 1 hour to the location(s) you are applying to within 30 days of anticipated start date.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Aside from religious observations, must be available to work an average of 46 hours per week.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English
