Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program in the Enfield/Windsor, CT area. You will train across sales, business development, customer service, and operations to eventually run your own Enterprise branch.

You’ll receive mentoring and hands-on learning while building community relationships. Starting compensation targets $56,500 for a 45-hour week, with a clear path for advancement within Enterprise Mobility.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Must have experience in customer service, sales, leadership or athletics at a collegiate level or above.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past three years.
• No drug or alcohol related incident on driving record within the past five years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must be a current resident or moving to Connecticut or Western Massachusetts within 30 days of application date or post graduation if currently enrolled in college.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind‑the‑scenes operational expert.
