We’re currently seeking a motivated and ambitious Management Trainee to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to develop leadership, marketing, and business operations skills while building a long-term career in management.

Position Overview

As a Management Trainee, you’ll work side-by-side with our leadership team to learn all aspects of marketing campaigns, team leadership, and event execution. You’ll receive hands-on training , real-world experience, and continuous mentorship as you grow into a future management role.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily operations and assist senior managers with planning and strategy
• Help design and execute event-based marketing campaigns to drive brand recognition
• Lead and mentor small teams in a collaborative and results-focused environment
• Coordinate logistics for promotional events to ensure successful execution
• Analyze campaign performance and recommend strategies for improvement
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve internal processes
• Assist in onboarding and training new team members

Qualifications

• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• A driven, team-first mindset and desire to learn and grow
• Interest in marketing, sales, leadership , or business development
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
• Prior experience in customer service, sales , or team leadership is a plus but not required
