Job summary

Landmark Credit Union is seeking a rotating supervisory associate to learn across branches and departments. You will observe, lead, and contribute toward customer service and sales goals while gaining broad knowledge of branch operations.

You will build member relationships, originate consumer loans within approval limits, and uphold high-quality service with professional staff. Flexibility to rotate and learn is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree or working toward one preferred.
• Experience leading a team to achieve customer service and sales goals.
• Experience or ability to gain proficiency in all programs and systems used for this job.
• Excellent oral and written communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.
• Understanding of company policies, procedures, and related laws/regulations.
• Ability to adapt to change as rotations dictate.
• Must have or attain NMLS registration (NMLS#).

Responsibilities

• Observe experienced staff to gain knowledge on policies, procedures, and standards.
• Achieve goals set by department or branch during rotations.
• Demonstrate leadership and growth from each rotation.
• Build banking relationships, offer products and services, originate consumer loans within limits.
• Ensure members receive high quality, friendly and professional service.
• Attend meetings or training at HQ or off-site as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

NATURE AND SCOPE

Reports directly to the immediate department Supervisor along with the Vice President of Branch Sales and Service. Rotates through the majority of branches and departments in the credit union in order to obtain a solid knowledge base.

REQUIREMENTS

• 1. High school diploma or equivalent. College degree or working towards degree is preferred. Minimum of one year of supervisory experience. Combination of education and experience will be considered.
• 2. Experience leading a team to achieve customer service and sales goals.
• 3. Must have experience or be able to gain proficiency in all programs and systems used for this job.
• 4. Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills, problem solving skills, organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
• 5. Must have a thorough understanding of company policies and procedures as they relate to this position. Must understand and comply with all job-related State and federal laws and regulations.
• 6. Must be able to adapt to change as the rotation dictates.
• 7. Must have or attain National Mortgage Licensing System registration (NMLS#).
