Job summary

Great Lakes Outreach Wisconsin is seeking an entry-level management trainee to be cross trained across departmental rotations to learn our sales strategies, operations, and leadership practices. The primary goal is to transition into a sales or branch manager position.

You will shadow sales reps, assist with scheduling and interviewing, track metrics, and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, energetic team environment from day one.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field is typically required.
