A leading company in the F&B sector is looking for an Operations Coordinator. This role involves supporting daily operations across multiple stalls, managing vendor relations, and ensuring compliance with hygiene standards. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree, communicate well in English and Mandarin, and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
· Support ground operations across multiple F&B stalls, including daily opening and closing procedures, cleanliness and compliance with hygiene standards.
· Monitor and coordinate stall operators' performance, ensuring adherence to house rules, safety regulations, and service expectations.
· Assist in stall allocation, onboarding and exit processes for new and existing vendors.
· Work closely with operations managers and outsourced vendors to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and quick resolution of on-site issues.
· Handle customer feedback and complaints in a professional and timely manner; propose solutions and escalate complex cases when necessary.
· Prepare shift rosters and duty assignments to support manpower needs during peak and off-peak periods.
· Track sales trends, footfall patterns and stall performance through daily reports; support the management team in analysing data to improve operations.
· Support periodic audits and compliance checks, including food hygiene inspections and internal SOP reviews.
· Coordinate with external contractors and suppliers (e.g., pest control, equipment servicing) to maintain operational standards.
· Assist in marketing or promotional activities such as festive events, loyalty programmes, or seasonal campaigns at assigned sites.
· Participate in training and development sessions to build leadership, problem-solving, and people management skills.
· Perform other duties as assigned by the management.
Requirements
· Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
· Strong willingness to learn and grow in the F&B industry.
· Proficient in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking colleagues).
· Other languages such as Malay are a plus.
· Comfortable with working 6 days a week, including weekends, public holidays, and long hours.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
