Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced CRM Specialist to join our team. As a CRM Specialist you will have a varied role, responsible for introducing, developing, and optimising our CRM activity for the US and other markets. This position will be expected to implement customer promotions that enhance our customer user experience, engagement and commercial KPIs as well as manage and optimise automated flows.

Areas of Responsibility

  • Own the creation, execution and reporting of multi-channel campaigns across our CRM tools.
  • Build html emails, push notifications, app messages, social media posts, automated email flows, promotional pages and purchase offers.
  • Own the coordination of the production of marketing materials (copy and image assets) for our CRM campaigns and take accountability of delivering CRM campaign setups adhering to quality and timelines set by the business.
  • Conduct post campaign reporting, proactively suggest and implement improvements.
  • Work with several data streams for segmentation.
  • Execute A/B testing across several campaigns.
  • Define target audiences and campaigns via our CRM and marketing tools.

Experience

  • Minimum of 1+ years' experience in a similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree in any course or at least 2 years in college.
  • Ideally experience with USA market or Gaming/eCommerce background.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, excellent written and spoken English is a must.
  • Familiarity with Bloomreach and/or other CRM platforms.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively without micro-management.
