We’re looking for a Management Trainee to:

• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops to stay up to date on all pest control service options offered by our clients
• Shadow the sales methods of our sales representatives and Account Management staff in order to emulate their sales procedures to meet sales trajectories
• Advise consumers of pest control solutions that best suit their needs
• Develop tailored solutions for each individual client to conquer their pest control concerns and focus on immediate and long-term relief objectives
• Mentor and support entry-level sales and marketing representatives in the completion of work ventures, and address communication issues efficiently to senior management
• Serve our clients with respect, passion, and integrity in order to enhance client relations and drive sales revenue

We require our Management Trainee to have:

• A four-year college degree in business management, finance, or communications is preferred but not required
• 1-2 years experience in sales, sales management, leadership, or pest control preferred
• Impeccable student mentality and willingness to develop independently as well as in a team atmosphere
• Team player who possesses excellent interpersonal skills and communication abilities, with a high degree of self-confidence
• Results-driven, profoundly motivated, self-starter who possesses integrity, a strong work ethic and a passion to assist others
• Ability to exercise good judgment by acknowledging urgency and establishing priorities
