Overview

We’re hiring immediately for our Management Training Program. This role is located at 1730 US HWY 1 South, Southern Pines, NC 28387 or one of the surrounding locations.

Responsibilities

• Learn the business from day one while based out of a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners, and as a behind‑the‑scenes operational expert.
• Master the knowledge and skills needed to run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.
• Receive guidance, mentoring, and support to be successful.
• Go into the community and establish essential relationships for building your own business.
• Excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations.
• Live a culture of friendly competition and always put customers first.

Qualifications

• Must not have interviewed for the same position at any location in North Carolina within the past 12 months.
