Responsibilities

• Complete a structured management training program, learning our business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners, and as the behind‑the‑scenes operational expert.
• Master skills in customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations.
• Build community relationships essential to growing your own branch.
• Participate in mentorship, go‑to‑market activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 6 months of work experience in sales, customer service, and/or leadership/management.
• Leadership experience may include organization or club leadership, volunteer work, athletics, or military service.
• Must be available to work an average of 47 hours per week.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at‑fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol convictions in the past 5 years (e.g., DUI, DWI).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work‑authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must not have interviewed for the same position at any location in North Carolina within the past 12 months.
