Responsibilities

We are hiring immediately for our Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll learn our business from day one based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills to run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.

In our hands-on learning environment, you will receive guidance, mentoring, and support. You will also engage with the community to build relationships essential for your business growth. We will teach you customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations, emphasizing putting customers first. Our culture fosters friendly competition, critical for growth and success.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree completed prior to the start date, but candidates may begin the interview process up to two semesters before graduation.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than two violations or at-fault accidents in the past three years.
• No drug or alcohol-related convictions (DWI/DUI) in the past 5 years.
• At least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without future sponsorship.
• At least 6 months of sales, customer service, or leadership/management experience, including leadership in organizations, volunteer work, athletics, or military service.
