As a Management Trainee, you will participate in our Operations Management Trainee Program, an intensive 16-week training designed to prepare you for an initial role in operations. Under mentorship, you'll learn the principles of the transportation industry, cross-dock operations, leadership communication, and relationship building skills. Upon completion, relocation for your first leadership role will be required.

Responsibilities include completing guided and independent training, interacting with Support Center and Service Center staff, observing customer sales calls with an Account Manager, and occasionally accompanying drivers on local delivery routes to understand freight delivery.

Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Transportation or Logistics, or at least two years of related experience; a good driving record; flexibility to relocate; strong communication skills; professional demeanor; basic computer skills; and a strong work ethic. The average starting pay ranges from $50,000 to $60,000 annually.
