Position Details

Title: Management Trainee

Location: Radnor, PA (Fully on-site)

Essent seeks exceptional, hardworking candidates for our Management Trainee Program. This entry-level rotational program provides hands-on experience in the Mortgage and Title Insurance business. As a Management Trainee, you will start with foundational rotations to understand core business functions and spend time in a specialty function tailored to your background, competencies, and business needs. The role offers significant growth potential, exposure to different organizational areas, and prepares you for future leadership positions.

Responsibilities

• Gain practical experience across multiple business functions through structured rotations in Business Development and Operations, gaining insights into customer experience and business processes.
• Participate in training, development, and mentorship to build skills in leadership, strategy, and problem-solving.
• Act as an individual contributor, owning projects and tasks within each rotation.
• Assist in analyzing business performance and identifying improvement areas.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operations and strategic initiatives.
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders for effective communication.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to operational and strategic decisions.
• Work on a special project with other trainees, presented to senior leadership, showcasing findings and solutions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Sales, or related fields.
• High academic performance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Some travel required.
• Self-starter with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player eager to learn new skills.
• Ability to manage time and meet deadlines.
• Interest or experience in mortgage, real estate, title, or financial services is a plus.
