Job summary

HTU is offering a structured early-career program in Las Vegas to develop future leaders. The role combines rotating exposure across departments, hands-on sales, and a focus on exceptional customer service.

You will analyze sales data to guide decisions and collaborate with senior leaders on efficiency projects. The program emphasizes development through seminars and summits, with relocation opportunities during or after the program and a preference for candidates pursuing a business-related

Qualifications

• The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree or be completing one within six months.
• Experience in Customer Service, Sales, Production, or Administrative roles is preferred.
• Leadership or management experience from campus activities is a plus.

About You

The company is looking for:

• Must have, or will obtain, a Bachelor’s degree within six months.
• Active driver's license.
• Preferred experience includes co-op or internship in Customer Service, Sales, Production, or Administrative roles.
• Preferred academic major in business or related field.
• Leadership or management experience in campus or extracurricular activities.
• Willingness to relocate regionally during or after the program.
