• Competitive Compensation – first‑year annual compensation ranges from $52,539.76 to $61,500.00 with an average 46‑hour work week and promotion opportunity within the first 12 months.

Responsibilities

As a Member of the Management Training (MT) program, you will start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and also as the behind‑the‑scenes operational expert. You will master the skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team. You will receive guidance, mentoring, and support, and you will build community relationships essential to building your own business. You will learn to excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, always putting our customers first in a culture of friendly competition and growth.

Qualifications

• Must have a bachelor’s degree.
• Must have a current and valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations or at‑fault accidents in the past three years, and no drug or alcohol‑related convictions in the past five years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work‑authorization sponsorship by our company now or in the future.
• Must currently live in the Durango, CO area or have plans to relocate within the next 30 days.
• Must have a minimum of six months experience in sales, customer service, management, or leadership.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
