Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is seeking candidates for its Management Training Program in Crossville and surrounding areas. You will learn the business from day one, based at a neighborhood branch, and serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while building operational expertise.

You will receive guidance, mentoring, and structured training to master customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations, with a clear path to run your own branch and advance within the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or current enrollment with 1 semester left to graduate.
• At least 6 months of experience in sales, customer service, or leadership.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the last 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol-related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind‑the‑scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.

In our hands‑on learning environment, you will receive the guidance, mentoring, and support you need to be successful. You will also get out into the community and establish the relationships essential to building your own business.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelors degree, or currently enrolled with 1 semester left to graduate with a Bachelor's.
• Must have at least 6 months experience in one of the following categories:
  • Sales (server, fundraising, recruiting, cold calling)
  • Customer service
  • Leadership - Military and/or college or professional athletics participation will be considered in lieu of sales or customer service experience
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record within the last 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol-related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years (ie., DUI/DWI).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
