Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for our Management Training Program. This MT role places you at a neighborhood branch in Paducah, KY, where you’ll be the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while learning the business from day one.

You'll receive mentoring, training across sales, marketing, finance and operations, and a clear path to leadership within the company as you develop your team and career.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or within 1 semester of graduating.
• Valid driver's license with minimal moving violations/accidents.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction in past 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Train in our Management Training program starting day one at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners during training.
• Learn and master sales, marketing, finance and operations to run a future branch.

Responsibilities

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.

In our hands-on learning environment, you will receive the guidance, mentoring, and support you need to be successful. You will also get out into the community and establish the relationships essential to building your own business.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree, or be within 1 semester of graduating with a Bachelors.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
