Job Summary:
  1. Perform sales functions for existing combined customers as well as prospects.
  2. Answer any service and claims questions customers may have, providing in-person support when needed.
  3. Perform sales functions and product needs analysis for marketing campaigns.
  4. Provide an annual review of existing products and conduct needs analysis for existing customers in areas with no field agent presence.
  5. Follow up with external customers and prospects within a given area to validate contact and perform sales functions if needed.
  6. Provide information or problem-solving techniques for customers' existing products.
