Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program at 1550 East John Rowan Blvd, Bardstown, KY 40004. The MT program develops future branch leaders through structured training, mentoring, and real-world assignments in sales, operations, and customer service.

Qualified candidates have a bachelor’s degree or are within two months of graduating, a valid driver's license with limited violations, and legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or near graduation (within 2 months) required.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction in past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Support and learn in our Management Training program from day one at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as face of Enterprise to customers and partners while developing as an operations expert.
• Learn to run a branch, grow new business, and build a strong team through mentoring and structured training.
• Embrace a culture focused on customer service, sales, and internal growth.

Responsibilities

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.

In our hands-on learning environment, you will receive the guidance, mentoring, and support you need to be successful. You will also get out into the community and establish the relationships essential to building your own business.
