Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring for an immediate Management Training Program based in New Albany, IN, with additional Indiana locations. As a MT, you’ll learn the business from day one and rotate through sales, customer service, and operations to prepare you to run a branch.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or within 1 semester of graduating.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction in the past 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Learn the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
• Be the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and handle operations.
• Work toward running your own branch and developing your team.
• Receive guidance and mentoring in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.

Responsibilities

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.
