Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program in Lexington, KY. As a MT, you will learn the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch, serving as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and gaining hands-on experience in sales, service, and operations.

You will receive mentorship and guidance to grow into a branch leadership role, with opportunities to develop a thriving local network and advance within a culture of internal promotion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or within 2 months of graduating.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction in the past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Represent Enterprise to customers and partners as part of the Management Training program.
• Learn and perform day-to-day operations and support branch activities.
• Develop leadership and management skills to run a neighborhood branch in the future.

Responsibilities

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind‑the‑scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.

In our hands‑on learning environment, you will receive the guidance, mentoring, and support you need to be successful. You will also get out into the community and establish the relationships essential to building your own business.
