Jersey Mike’s Subs is seeking a manager to lead daily operations, greet customers, train staff, and uphold brand standards in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, take orders, and serve food with positivity and accuracy.
• Operate POS system, handle cash/credit payments, and calculate change.
• Lead the team in preparing subs according to standards.
• Oversee restaurant cleanliness including dining area and restrooms.
• Train, schedule, and mentor new team members.
• Handle customer concerns calmly to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain compliance with food safety and policies.
• Manage store operations including staffing, inventory, cash handling, and equipment maintenance.
