Job summary

Jersey Mike's Subs is seeking a hands-on Manager in Neenah, WI to oversee daily restaurant operations, lead the team, ensure high food quality, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. This role supports profitability, scheduling, training, and inventory practices in a fast-paced QSR environment.

You will work with the franchise team to implement Jersey Mike's standards, supervise staff, and drive sales while maintaining a welcoming, guest-focused atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Education: High school degree or equivalent.
• 2 Year QSR experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older to operate the slicer.
• Serve Safe Certification - Food Handler.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Store sales and volume growth responsibilities.
