Qualifications

• 5–7 years of management-side labor & employment experience.
• Significant employment litigation experience in federal and state courts and before administrative agencies.
• Experience counseling employers on a broad range of employment matters.
• Familiarity with Title VII, ADEA, ADA, FMLA, FLSA, NLRA, OSHA, WARN, and applicable state laws.
• Traditional management-side labor law experience is a plus.
