Role Description The Management Position is a full-time, on-site role based at Gentleman's Quarters Barbershop in Columbia, SC. The manager will oversee daily shop operations, including staff scheduling, workflow coordination, payroll, inventory tracking, sales and performance reporting, and ensuring high service standards across all client interactions. This role includes supervising and supporting barbers and front-of-house team members, handling customer inquiries and concerns, and promoting a positive, professional workplace culture. The manager will also be responsible for basic financial oversight, such as monitoring sales, managing inventory and supplies, and supporting local marketing and promotions. Additional duties include maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, implementing company policies, and contributing to strategies that enhance client satisfaction and business growth.
