Super Cuts Family Salons in Omaha Area is seeking a friendly, energetic Salon Manager (with Cosmetology or Barber license) to oversee daily salon operations. You will hire, train and supervise staff, set schedules, keep precise records, and promote the brand.

You should know a wide range of beauty treatments, bring management experience, and excel in organization and customer communication to ensure high standards and a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology/Barber License required or preferred.
• Previous experience as a salon manager or similar role.
• Extensive knowledge of salon treatments and products.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Cosmetology certification preferred but not mandatory.

Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly and energetic beauty Salon Manager (with Cosmetology or Barber license)to oversee the daily operations of our busy salon. As the Salon Manager, you will be responsible for hiring, training, and supervising staff, scheduling shifts, maintaining meticulous records, and promoting our company.
