Job summary

CU Colorado Springs seeks lecturers for the Management pool to teach one or more courses in the College of Business. Courses may be offered on-campus, online, or in hybrid formats, with appointments made semester-by-semester.

Positions are part-time and non-tenure track; the pool serves as a rotating roster for undergraduate and graduate management courses. Visa sponsorship is not included; relocation may be required for Colorado residents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business admin or related field with 3+ years' professional experience
• Or master's degree in business admin or related field with 1+ year professional experience
• Terminal degree (PhD/DBA/JD) preferred
• Prior teaching experience is preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide instruction to undergraduate/graduate students in-person and online
• Develop and schedule learning experiences to achieve learning outcomes
• Create and apply evaluation tools to assess progress toward objectives
• Familiar with learning management systems (Canvas)
• Other duties as assigned by the College of Business
