Job summary

University of Colorado Colorado Springs (UCCS) will establish and maintain a pool of Lecturers in Sport Administration to teach temporary, non-tenure-track courses. Positions are part-time (<50% time) and offered semester-by-semester, with courses potentially on-campus, online, or hybrid.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in sport and/or exercise science, sport management, or related field with 3+ years professional industry experience OR Master's degree with 1+ year experience.
• Terminal degree (PhD/DBA/JD) preferred.
• Prior teaching experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide instruction to undergraduate/graduate students in-person and online.
• Develop and schedule learning experiences to achieve outcomes.
• Create evaluation tools to assess progress toward objectives.
• Familiarity with Canvas or similar LMS.
• Carry out other duties as assigned by the College of Business.
