Alignerr Corp. is seeking a Management & Leadership Instructor to help train AI systems in organizational behavior, decision-making, and leadership theory.

This remote contract role offers flexible hours and responsibilities that adapt to your schedule. You’ll review AI-generated scenarios, evaluate reasoning across topics such as team dynamics and design, and provide precise feedback to improve AI managerial performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience teaching management or leadership at the postsecondary level.
• Strong command of organizational behavior, management theory, and leadership frameworks.
• Skilled at evaluating decision-making processes and analyzing complex tradeoffs.
• Comfortable reviewing written scenarios and providing precise, actionable feedback.
• Self-motivated and reliable — able to meet deadlines without close supervision.

We’re looking for experienced management and leadership educators to help train the next generation of AI systems. Your expertise in organizational behavior, decision-making, and leadership theory will directly shape how AI understands and reasons through complex management challenges.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role where your real-world knowledge makes a measurable impact on cutting-edge AI development.

What You’ll Do
