Job summary

Dayton Freight Lines is offering a Management Internship program for the summer. This 9-week accelerated experience leads to consideration for the Dayton Freight Management Trainee Program upon degree completion.

Interns will gain knowledge of the Transportation industry, Dayton Freight policies, and how each position contributes to the companys mission. Shifts include 1st, 2nd and 3rd.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college.
• Basic math skills required.
• Fluent in English.

Overview

Management Interns participate in an accelerated 9-week program during the summer months. Individuals who successfully complete this program will be considered for the Dayton Freight Management Trainee Program upon achievement of their degree.

Responsibilities

• Gain useful knowledge about the Transportation industry and about Dayton Freight's policies, procedures and philosophies.
• Contribute to the success of the Service Center by learning and understanding each position's function and contribution to the overall mission of Dayton Freight.
