Qualifications

• Sophomore or higher pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in MIS/IT/Business Administration or related field.
• Cumulative GPA of 2.50 or greater.

Responsibilities

• On-the-job training and exposure to installation of hardware and software information systems.
• Answering calls for the IT support desk to enhance customer service skills.
• Collaborate with software developers to test new applications and functionality.
• All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Classification as a sophomore or higher and actively seeking a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field, and have a cumulative GPA of 2.50 or greater
• Must have experience with PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Microsoft Teams, and Outlook
