Job summary

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree in business administration, hospitality or related field is required.
• Five to eight years of progressively responsible experience in hotel, restaurant or conference center management including conference coordination, marketing, staff development, public relations, building maintenance and financial management.

Responsibilities

• Manages financial, personnel and operational activities to maximize center utilization and interface with the business community.
• Oversees and guides proposals to meet training and conference needs in collaboration with staff and partners.
• Plans and implements annual budget, monitors financial operations and sets pricing policies.
• Directs marketing strategies and promotional materials in cooperation with marketing teams.
• Supervises and evaluates center staff and contractual service staff; develops policies and procedures.
