Compensation Overview
The annual base salary range for this position is a nationwide market range and reflects a broad spectrum of salaries across the country. The actual salary will depend on factors such as the role's scope, complexity, location, as well as the candidate's skills, education, training, credentials, and experience. Employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentives as part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program.

PCA facilitates exclusive peer groups of seven to ten CEOs, where, with a professional facilitator, leaders openly review their companies to build success for themselves and their stakeholders. PCA also offers leadership development, strategic planning, and succession planning consulting services.
This role involves acting as a Peer Group Facilitator and Senior Consultant, primarily facilitating meetings and providing consulting services. The candidate should have broad business experience applicable to PCA's programs and the creativity to address client needs. This position does not involve managing others.
The position is fully remote, combining mobile and home-based work.
This is a fully-commissioned role with a $48,000 draw and earning potential through commissions.
