Qualifications

• 3–5 years of consulting experience at a top-tier or specialized firm.
• Hypothesis-driven problem solving with ability to synthesize complexity into clear, defensible recommendations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-ready presentations.
• First leadership experience guiding juniors or small teams.
• Experience in Travel, Transport, Logistics, Aviation or Aerospace preferred.
• Master's degree or MBA, or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops, stakeholder interviews, and client presentations with defined owners, decisions, and next steps.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a sharp, driven Management Consultant who leads with rigorous thinking and communicates with clarity and conviction. The industries we serve are complex, and the distance between strategy and execution is exactly where things go wrong.

Our consultants work on some of the most complex programs in their industries, from large-scale technology procurements, mulit-party governance challenges, to implementation decisions where getting it wrong has real consequences. These are programs that shape how an organization operates for years to come, demanding someone who can hold the strategic thread while navigating the operational reality on the ground.

You'll lead client projects from end to end, from hypothesis to delivery, while guiding a small team, and you'll own workstreams advising senior leaders on some of the industry's toughest challenges. This isn't advisory from a distance. It's transformation you'll see to the end.

What You'll Do

• Apply hypothesis-driven thinking to break down complex challenges into clear, actionable, evidence-based recommendations with limited guidance

What We're Looking For

• 3-5 years of consulting experience at a top-tier or specialized firm or an equivalent mix of consulting and aviation/transportation industry roles, including leading project workstreams and owning client-facing deliverables
• Hypothesis-driven problem solving you can run without close guidance, and the ability to synthesize complexity into clear, defensible recommendations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-ready presentations
• First leadership experience guiding juniors or small teams
• Experience in Travel, Transport, Logistics, Aviation or Aerospace preferred
• High integrity, humility, and the character to earn trust with senior clients and hold your ground when it matters
• A Master's degree or MBA, or equivalent professional experience
