Job summary

M2P Consulting US is looking for a sharp Management Consultant who leads with rigorous thinking and communicates with clarity. You will oversee client projects from hypothesis to delivery and guide a small team to drive transformation for complex programs.

In industries like aviation, travel, logistics, and transportation, you will host workshops, deliver executive-ready proposals, and partner with senior leaders to shape strategic direction.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of consulting experience at a top-tier or specialized firm.
• Hypothesis-driven problem solving with ability to synthesize complexity into clear, defensible recommendations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-ready presentations.
• First leadership experience guiding juniors or small teams.
• Experience in Travel, Transport, Logistics, Aviation or Aerospace preferred.
• Master's degree or MBA, or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Apply hypothesis-driven thinking to break down complex challenges into clear, actionable, evidence-based recommendations with limited guidance.
• Lead workshops, stakeholder interviews, and client presentations with defined owners, decisions, and next steps.
• Own polished deliverables and proposals that shape M2P's commercial direction and spot new opportunities within client organizations.
• Serve as trusted strategic partner to senior client stakeholders, navigating complex environments with competing priorities.
• Guide and mentor junior teammates, and represent M2P externally through publications, conferences and recruiting.
