Mgmt Consulting Team Lead/Consultant | Mid-Level | Full time

Management Consultant (Accenture LLP; Morristown, NJ): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position Management Consultant in Morristown, NJ, and the job duties are as follows:

  • Work with clients to identify, assess, and solve complex engineering product development problems, including efficiency, cost, operational, innovation relevance, across the Service Delivery Lifecycle to maintain applications in accordance with SLAs.
  • Develop engineering solutions for new system rollouts, major and minor enhancements, and ongoing maintenance of existing applications.
  • Conduct industry and client research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Participate in change management activities, including developing communications, training, and job aids to support capability implementation.
  • Provide product development, project management, engineering, and embedded systems development functional knowledge.
  • Advise teams on the development of user and system requirements, and prepare design specifications, solution deliverables, and optimize processes.
  • Contribute to the growth of the practice by assisting with new business proposals and presentations, recruiting, and training activities.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field, plus 3 years of experience in the IT consulting industry.

Must have 3 years of experience in each of the following:

  • Informing and driving key architectural and system design decisions that involve complex front-end, middleware, back-end, and systems integrations, in collaboration with client executive leadership;
  • Leading and monitoring offshore and onshore teams across the multiple phases of an ERP implementation, hypercare, application development and system enhancements; and
  • Utilizing Microsoft Azure DevOps or Jira within Agile methodology for project delivery, including using Item Query Language to create, generate, or maintain sprint status reports.

Must have 2 years of experience in each of the following:

  • Designing and developing architecture and custom functionality necessary to implement and maintain Infor Financials & Supply Management (FSM) and Hexagon Enterprise Asset Management (HxGN EAM) for utility company Supply Chain (Procurement and Warehouse) and Asset Management applications;
  • Participating in technical projects related to Supply Chain Management and Optimization, including identifying business requirements, developing benefits cases, preparing functional designs, and managing development;
  • Utilizing Landmark Pattern Language coding, Infor Process Designer workflow automation, and Infor Spreadsheet Designer data querying; and
  • Analyzing, designing, and structuring complex Utility Supply Chain processes, including Inventory Control and Warehousing, Sourcing, Contract Management, and Requisitioning.

Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.
