LexisNexis Legal & Professional's North America Executive Development Rotational Program offers a two-year pathway to develop future leaders through six-month assignments across Strategy, Pricing, Market Research, and more. You will collaborate with senior leaders on strategic projects, analyze data, and apply AI tools to drive impact.

Hybrid role with office presence 2–3 days per week in New York City, Raleigh, or Dayton.

Qualifications

  • Qualified candidates must be on track to obtain MBA, JD, PhD or MD before the start date.
  • 5+ years of experience before completing the qualifying degree.
  • Experience in Finance, Strategy, Digital Marketing, Legal, or related fields is preferred.
  • Experience in a Business-to-Business technology or consulting environment.
  • Strong data analysis and communication of insights.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business leaders to address critical priorities through project-based assignments.
  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and implementation plans.
  • Analyze complex issues using data and appropriate business frameworks; quantify financial impact.
  • Partner with stakeholders across the organization to build productive, collaborative teams.

Qualified candidates must be able to work from a dedicated LexisNexis office 2-3 days per week.
