About This Position
Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) served 51.6 million passengers in 2025, solidifying its position as one of the nation's busiest airports and a vital hub in the country's fifth-largest city. PHX is the largest of three airports in the Phoenix Airport System, which also includes Deer Valley and Goodyear airports. All three are operated by the City of Phoenix Aviation Department (AVN) and collectively generate an impressive annual economic impact of $44.3 billion.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Assist in the implementation, optimization, and long-term administration of EAMS to support maintenance operations and asset planning.
- Create and manage system governance, including workflows, data standards, asset structures, and documentation.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive training program to promote consistent use and long-term adoption.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to evaluate business needs and implement process improvements.
- Monitor system performance, reporting outputs, data integrity, and user adoption.
- Develop presentations and communicate program status, system capabilities, and performance metrics to staff, peers, and leadership.
- Supervise assigned staff, including training, development, hiring, onboarding, and performance management.
SALARY
Pay Range: $72,675.20 to $118,352.00 annually.
Hiring Range: $72,675.20 to $107,348.80 annually.

- Promotions occur when the last two digits of the pay grade increase.
- Demotions occur when the last two digits of the pay grade decrease.
- Lateral transfers occur when there is no change to the last two digits of the pay grade.
- When there is a change in the first digit of the pay grade, there may also be a change to your classification or unit.

Minimum Qualifications
- Three years of professional-level experience in research, finance, or public administration.
- Master's degree in business or public administration, or a related field.
- Other combinations of experience and education that meet the minimum requirements may be substituted.

Preferred Qualifications
- Three years of experience in / with:
- Supervising or leading staff.
- Asset management or maintenance operations.
- The administration, configuration, or management of an Enterprise Asset Management System (EAMS) or similar platforms.
- Experience with organizational change management facilitation.
- Experience with leading or supporting software system implementations.
- Experience developing or maintaining dashboards, reports, and performance metrics.
- Experience in maintenance program development supporting operational reliability and asset lifecycle management.
- Experience with the development, implementation, or improvement of asset management processes, standards, or programs.
- Experience with data governance, including establishing data standards, ensuring data quality, and resolving discrepancies.
