Job description

This position is located in the National Preparedness Directorate.The ideal candidate will have experience in data analytics, process development, and business office operations.The candidate will support implementation of the division's data strategy to strengthen data management and analytics capabilities, assist with business process improvement initiatives, and support data, file management, and essential business systems within a SharePoint environment.

Current Federal employees must have served 52 weeks at the next lower grade or equivalent grade band in the Federal service.

To qualify for this position at the GS-12 level, you must possess one full year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-11 level in the Federal government, which has equipped you with the skills needed to successfully perform the duties of the position. Experience may be obtained in the federal government, a state or local government, or private sector, and must demonstrate the following:

• Develop and present reports for leadership review; AND Use Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Teams to track projects and outcomes; AND Review organizational policies and guidelines to recommend changes.

To qualify for this position at the GS-13 level, you must possess one full year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-12 level in the Federal government, which has equipped you with the skills needed to successfully perform the duties of the position. Experience may be obtained in the federal government, a state or local government, or private sector, and must demonstrate the following:
