• Creditable specialized experience includes: conducts studies to evaluate organizational structures, programs, work methods, operations, and procedures and recommends solutions for improvement; develops procedures, prepares reports to inform policy decisions, and provides advisory services to management at various levels; assesses resource utilization, costs, and performance data to identify inefficiencies and analyzes distribution operations, methods, and procedures.
