Qualifications

• Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the particular competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position.
• To qualify at the GS-09 level, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-07 level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military, or private sector.
• Education Substitution: Such education must demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work; Masters or 2 years grad required for education in lieu of experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides operational oversight of operating budget.
• Ensures billing are accurate for approval and payment.
• Identifies budget trends, problem areas, deficiencies, and imbalances
• Assists in the development of data for short and long term planning for the efficiency of the organization.
• Researches and analyses personnel and administrative matters
• Prepares recruitment requests
