Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required; BA/BS at minimum.
• 7+ years of professional work experience across management domains.
• Strong written and verbal communication with ability to interface across leadership levels.
• Technologically curious with commitment to continuous learning.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support financial management, human resources, procurement, and other administrative management domains.
• Prepare, execute, and distribute pre-configured financial and management reports.
• Assist with HR-related actions, documentation, and coordination.
• Support scheduling, calendar management, and meeting coordination for staff and leadership.
• Track, monitor, and coordinate responses to management taskers for timely completion.
• Collaborate across domains to gather requirements, improve processes, and support objectives.
• Engage with emerging technologies and digital tools to enhance workflows and mission capabilities.
