ATA Services, Inc. in Santa Fe, NM is seeking a Management Analyst Assistant for a temporary assignment to support the Caregivers Criminal History Screening Program (CCHSP) 2.0 system.

You will assist with system administration, database integrity, testing, training, QA, and customer service for healthcare providers, educational institutions, and internal stakeholders, coordinating with management and technical partners to maintain system performance.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or closely related field.
• Must reside in Santa Fe, NM.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and provide quality customer service.
• Experience with system administration and training is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and support the CCHSP 2.0 system functions and user access.
• Provide training and customer service to healthcare providers and internal stakeholders.
• Assist with system administration, data integrity, testing, and QA.
• Document issues and coordinate with management and technical partners.
• Track tasks, communicate progress, and escalate risks as needed.
• Ensure training materials follow established procedures and policies.
