Job summary

You will coordinate system-related activities, assist with testing and implementation, document issues, and liaise with technical partners to maintain performance and user support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a closely related field.
• Must reside in Santa Fe, NM.
• Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and document work.

Responsibilities

• Monitor CCHSP 2.0 system functions, user access, workflows, and reported operational issues.
• Assist healthcare providers and authorized users with background-screening procedures and system-related questions.
• Provide application, database, and quality-assurance training to new and existing users.
• Review database records for incomplete, inconsistent, outdated, or duplicate information and coordinate appropriate corrections.
• Maintain and support Rap Back records, workflows, and incomplete Rap Sheet records.
• Provide assistance with IDEMIA Live Scan and the IDEMIA portal as assigned.
• Participate in statewide system testing, development, implementation, and maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with Improving Atlanta to test and validate system changes before approved updates are placed into production.
• Provide professional customer service to healthcare facilities, providers, colleges, universities, trade schools, and other authorized stakeholders.
• Assist with fingerprinting policy inquiries and related customer-service needs.
