Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 15+ years in management consulting, business analysis, organizational development, strategic planning, PMO support, or business transformation.
• Experience in business process improvement, organizational assessments, and strategic planning.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience preparing executive-level briefings, reports, and presentations.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Experience facilitating meetings, workshops, and cross-functional collaboration.
• PMP, PMI-PBA, Lean Six Sigma, or similar certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

This individual will partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to evaluate business operations, improve organizational performance, streamline processes, and support strategic decision-making.

The ideal candidate is a strong analytical thinker with experience in organizational development, governance, business process improvement, portfolio management, and executive‑level communications.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business operations and organizational processes to identify opportunities for improvement and increased efficiency.
• Develop recommendations that support strategic planning, organizational effectiveness, and operational excellence.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, working sessions, and requirements‑gathering activities.
• Conduct business process analysis and document workflows, business rules, operational procedures, and functional requirements.
• Perform gap analyses, trend analyses, and performance assessments to support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop executive briefings, presentations, reports, and strategic documentation for leadership.

• 15+ years of experience in management consulting, business analysis, organizational development, strategic planning, PMO support, or business transformation.
• Experience conducting business process improvement, organizational assessments, and strategic planning initiatives.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience preparing executive‑level briefings, reports, and presentations.
• Ability to work effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Experience facilitating meetings, workshops, and cross‑functional collaboration.
