ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Management Analyst III to join our team. This is a remote position.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Develops, analyzes, evaluates, advises on, and/or improves the effectiveness of work methods and procedures, organizations, manpower utilization, distribution of work assignments, delegations of authority, management controls, information and documentation systems, and similar functions of management.
Researches, analyzes, drafts, and routes multiple critical documentations.
Provides subject matter expertise in program reporting requirements per Federal and Department of Navy laws and guidelines.
Provides program support such as management of meetings and action tracking to support program objectives, generating briefing materials to support leadership requirements and track corporate metrics.
The ability to travel to locations within the United States including Dahlgren, VA, Washington DC
Philadelphia, PA to support test events and meetings (up to 20%).
Minimum Qualifications:
Master’s degree and/or Ph.D.
12+ years of experience in analyst and/or management
4+ years of professional experience in support of Department of Navy acquisitions programs
Preferred Qualifications:
Direct experience supporting or working with
Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA)
Civilian or military experience for the Department of Navy
Demonstrative strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and
implement innovative solutions
Ability to work independently as well as in collaborative team environments
Clearance Requirements:
United States Citizenship and a Top Secret Security clearance.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to work effectively in a remote working environment.
A dedicated, quiet, and ergonomically appropriate workspace conducive to productivity.
Ability to sit at a desk or workstation for extended periods while working on a computer.
Occasional movement within the office for communication and accessing resources.
