Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in the offered position or related roles such as AVP MS Dynamics Functional.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Visio, JIRA, and PSPs Integration.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document client requirements and define current business processes.
• Map business activities and propose improvements using BA tools and agile or waterfall methods.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design supply chain, retail and finance solutions in Dynamics 365.
• Analyze scope of requirements and propose business solutions; re-engineer processes as needed.
• Conduct requirement gathering sessions, interviews, and walkthroughs with users.
• Create and review requirement docs, process flows, use cases, and user stories.
• Participate in reviews with users and developers to clarify questions.

Job description

Management Analyst with the following duties:

• 1) Gather and document client requirements, define existing business activities, business process flows and recommend improvements, using BA tools and agile or waterfall methodology for existing or new software systems and implementation of Dynamics 365, supply chain, retail and warehouse systems industries like Banking & Finance, Retail, Manufacturing, Media, Consumer goods, Event management.
• 2) Work closely with technical teams to envision and design supply chain, retail and finance solutions using Dynamics 365, SSRS reporting and Microsoft Sure Step methodology to maintain, support and implement large scale Retail and ERP solutions and features.
• 3) Analyze the scope of business requirements and propose business solutions. Perform business process re-engineering and implementation of software systems.
• 4) Performing requirement gathering sessions, interviews, discussions, and walkthroughs with business users.
• 5) Perform fit gap analysis; Configure software solutions as per the design documents
• 6) Creating and review requirement document, process flows, use cases and user stories for business and development teams
• 7) Participating in review sessions with business users and development teams and providing clarification to technical teams and collaborating with users for questions and understanding.

Requirements:

• Educational requirements: Bachelor of Business Administration Banking and Finance or a related.
• 2 years of experience in the offered position or in the alternate job title of AVP MS Dynamics Functional, Senior Advisory Business Analyst, Advisory Business Analyst or related.
• Skill set requirements: 2 years of experience in the following

The position is currently located in Pittsburgh, PA but may require medium to long-term relocation to any other unanticipated locations in the US.

The position is 40 hours per week, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday-Friday at a salary of $83,637.00 per year.
