Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements from key stakeholders.
  • Translate business needs into functional requirements for Dynamics 365 CRM modules.
  • Conduct workshops, interviews, and JAD (Joint Application Development) sessions.
  • Map current and future-state business processes and recommend system enhancements.
  • Create user stories, wireframes, functional specs, and process documentation.
  • Assist with solution architecture and collaborate with CRM Consultants and Developers.
  • Participate in data migration, integration scoping, and UAT planning.
  • Support the design and testing of system configurations, workflows, business rules, and reports.
  • Coordinate with QA and project managers to ensure timely delivery of CRM features.
  • Lead user training and change management activities.
  • Provide ongoing support post go-live for enhancements and issue resolution.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst on Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, or Marketing).
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform.
  • Experience in Agile, Scrum, or Hybrid project methodologies.
  • Familiarity with business process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams across business and IT.
  • Certification in Dynamics 365 (PL-200, MB-210, or similar) is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with integrations (e.g., Business Central, Azure Services, or third-party systems).
  • Basic Power Automate and Power BI knowledge.
  • Familiarity with customer portals or omnichannel tools (e.g., Solgari, Voice, Chatbots).
  • Exposure to Project Operations or Field Service modules is an advantage.
