Job description

Conduct analyses of Taxpayer Services eServices programs, policies, and processes to eliminate non-value-added steps, improve operational efficiency, build QA test plans, conduct system testing, and provide internal technical support.

Required Experience & Technical Skills

• Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 years of management analysis experience.
• Technical Skills:
• XML (Altova XMLSpy)
• SQL (MS SQL Server Management Studio)
• Quality Assurance testing & technology systems analysis
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to collect/synthesize data, troubleshoot problems, and develop actionable solutions.

Preferred & Knowledge Qualifications

• Preferred: Experience in Tax Administration or public sector environments.
• Knowledge of public administration, automated information systems, and regulatory compliance.
• Proficient in MS Office, Google Suite, and Windows environments.
