Army National Guard Units in the United States is seeking a Management Analyst in the National Guard Headquarters. This Title 5 excepted service position requires strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and develop policies and procedures within military organizational structures.

This National Guard position is for a MANAGEMENT ANALYST, Position Description Number T5114000 and is part of the UNITED STATES PROPERTY AND FISCAL OFFICE, National Guard. This vacancy does not meet the criteria for appointment of annuitants. Veterans' preference does not apply to this vacancy due to internal merit promotion.
Experience, education, or training in administrative, professional, investigative, technical, or other responsible work which demonstrates analytical ability and a practical and theoretical knowledge of the functions, processes, and principles of management. Knowledge of the National Guard organizational structures, functions, procedures, and techniques. Experience using computer and automation systems.
Must have one year specialized experience, education, or training equivalent to at least the next lower grade level. Experience, education, or training which has provided application of practices, theories, techniques, and methods of management. Experience analyzing, interpreting, and developing policies and procedures of local management.
